The service
Exadot LLC provides Haulspan to help businesses manage car-haul operations, documents, correspondence, billing, and settlements. These terms describe use of the web platform. Any separate agreement with your organization governs the matters it specifically addresses.
Accounts and organization authority
Use an account you are authorized to access. Your organization controls membership, roles, and workspace permissions. Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Only connect mailboxes or third-party services that you are authorized to use for your organization. Review the permissions shown by those services before granting access.
Your information and instructions
You and your organization retain your rights in the information submitted to the service. You authorize Exadot LLC and its service providers to process that information as needed to provide the features you use, subject to the privacy policy and your organization's agreement.
You are responsible for having the authority to upload documents, contact recipients, record inspections, and carry out the actions you instruct the service to perform. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, or infringement of others' rights.
Integrations and automation
Third-party integrations depend on the relevant provider's availability and authorization. You can disable supported connections through the application or the provider's account controls.
Review automated email settings before enabling them. Enabled workflows may act on the organization's instructions without a separate prompt for each action. Disconnecting a service can interrupt the workflows that depend on it.
Review operational and financial information
AI-assisted extraction, classification, calculations, and suggestions can contain errors. Review source documents and prepared records before sending correspondence, approving payments, finalizing settlements, or making other consequential decisions. Haulspan does not replace your organization's professional, accounting, legal, or operational judgment.
Availability and fees
Features may change, and maintenance or third-party failures can affect availability. Any fees, service commitments, renewal terms, or cancellation charges must be established in the applicable subscription terms or a separate agreement with your organization; this document does not create a new charge.
Access ending
Your organization may remove your access. Exadot LLC may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. The privacy policy explains how to request information or deletion and why some records may need to remain after access ends.
